For Businesses – How to Report Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Noise Nuisance

Hammersmith & Fulham Council work in partnership with the Police and other agencies to tackle crime and ASB to make Hammersmith & Fulham a safe place to live work and visit

Reporting incidents of Anti-Social behaviour (ASB) & Hate Crime

  1. Email the council’s ASB Unit at asbumailbox@lbhf.gov.uk or 020 8753 2693

  3. Email the council’s Law Enforcement Team (LET) – LET.HF@lghf.gov.uk to initiate high visibility patrols around your location.

Reporting Noise Nuisance

Our noise and nuisance service operates 7 days a week, 8am to 3am, including weekends and bank holidays except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Reporting Crime (Emergency or After)

All criminal behaviour should be reported to the police including theft, drug dealing, hate crime, threats of violence, harassment, and intimidation. 

Emergency situation – 999

Community Safety Unit (CSU)

Much of the work managed by the community safety team is strategic in nature and we work closely with our partners in the Community Safety Partnership to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour across H&F.
